I’m a new New player

I’m a new player and I’m already struggling with finances. From what I can see it’s a pay to win game. What is the best advice I should take as a beginner for my finances, youth, tactics etc etc. I’ve still got my full team and 3 youths but I just need some advice for beginners as I’m sure there lots of things I can do to get that early edge in the lower leagues.
