Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Drew Christian got the match started through his kick off. After 5 minutes, Barry Galvin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Concordia and the Lucaston players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Lucaston a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tobie Lyle, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Concordia's Albert Carberry. 0-1. In the 12th minute Brant Anderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Carberry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Drew Christian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Albert Carberry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bert Baptiste in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bryden Hitchen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 22 minutes into the match, Brant Anderson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Concordia's Albert Carberry. Albert Carberry was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bert Baptiste who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Bryden Hitchen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 29 played minutes Concordia got a freekick which was hit by Long Lovis. Brant Anderson struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Albert Carberry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lucaston. Lucaston's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Jervis Boneheyo scored to the left of an out of position Bryden Hitchen, making the score, 1-2. When Byron Lewry fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Concordia's protests and gave Byron Lewry a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Byron Lewry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Lucaston were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jervis Boneheyo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Jervis Boneheyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryden Hitchen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Bert Baptiste cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Bryden Hitchen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Browne Boyce fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lucaston's protests and gave Browne Boyce a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Lucaston got a freekick which was hit by Browne Boyce. The audience was convinced that Jeffray Veitch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryden Hitchen was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Lucaston's Drew Christian got a free kick in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Lucaston's goal looked a bit too open when Bert Baptiste came free, but Bryden Hitchen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Long Lovis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bryden Hitchen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Drew Christian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lucaston's supporters rose to their feet, but Drew Christian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albert Carberry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Drew Christian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Brant Anderson took a quick shot and it went in 4-4 without a chance for Albert Carberry to make any attempt to save it. 88 minutes into the match, Lucaston's goal looked a bit too open when Jervis Boneheyo came free, but Bryden Hitchen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucaston's Bryden Hitchen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Long Lovis in the 89th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Lucaston players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
