Fahad Bo Hamad kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Salam Al Hashash blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Theo McColl having to make a save. Moner Shrean kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Moner Shrean managed to get in a good position for a shot. fly Emirates's supporters rose to their feet, but Moner Shrean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yazeed Al Saleh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 21 played minutes fly Emirates got a freekick which was hit by Qais Bo Abbas. Theo McColl made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Yasser Shadad sent off a good shot on target. Barakat Al Arbash kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Eshaq Al Khars shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for fly Emirates's Theo McColl to catch but Eshaq Al Khars was lucky. It became 1-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. After having played for 29 minutes, Yasser Shadad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yasser Shadad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fahad Bo Hamad hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Yazeed Al Saleh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fuad Al Hajri in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Khalaf Al Herz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Monther Al Ateqi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Yasser Shadad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theo McColl. fly Emirates's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yasser Shadad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. A collision led to fly Emirates getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Fuad Al Hajri hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yasser Shadad to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawood Al Enzi to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Fuad Al Hajri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yazeed Al Saleh was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Theo McColl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalaf Al Herz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salam Al Hashash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the game, Mahdi Al Arbash was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fly Emirates's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain the free kick. Mahdi Al Arbash hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. A collision led to fly Emirates getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Aamir Dashti hit a great ball. Theo McColl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalaf Al Herz in the 74th minute of the match. After 76 played minutes fly Emirates got a freekick which was hit by Barakat Al Arbash. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salam Al Hashash in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theo McColl saved fly Emirates from getting behind. Yasser Shadad scored 4-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theo McColl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81 played minutes Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain got a freekick which was hit by Dawood Al Enzi. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Yazeed Al Saleh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain from getting a goal against them. Theo McColl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khalaf Al Herz went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain fans cheered their team off the field, for while fly Emirates had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
