In the 8th minute of the game Daniel Sundli made a throw-in which Brage Endresen played forward. Lars Hammeren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jøran Ek having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in EMhawks's zone, Brage Endresen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Posadzki came out of the goal and Brage Endresen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lars Hammeren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jøran Ek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Lars Hammeren might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jøran Ek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Hammeren ran back to his position shaking his head. Jøran Ek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Hammeren in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bakarvågen's zone, Tore-Andre Seppola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jøran Ek came out of the goal and Tore-Andre Seppola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brage Endresen took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herbert Posadzki. Herbert Posadzki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by EMhawks's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henning Jahr was slow to take the kick. During this time Bakarvågen's players had a chance to rest. Henning Jahr made a great header on Bakarvågen's corner, it was just that EMhawks's Herbert Posadzki managed to reach the ball for a save. Jøran Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Hammeren in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, EMhawks's Lars Hammeren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jøran Ek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Liu Hong Chong made a great header on EMhawks's corner, it was just that Bakarvågen's Jøran Ek managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 38th minute Jonathan Løvland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Posadzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lars Hammeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EMhawks's attentive Jim Gustad managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Sundli made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffer Hernes in the 44th minute of play forced EMhawks's goalkeeper Herbert Posadzki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Bakarvågen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Opheim to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Jim Gustad from long distance, 47 minutes into the match, got Jøran Ek's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The EMhawks players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bakarvågen were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lars Hammeren to strike the kick off in the second half. Jøran Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Hammeren in the 50th minute of the match. Brage Endresen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Herbert Posadzki made a huge save. In the 61st minute of the match Bakarvågen got a corner. EMhawks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Henning Jahr ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Christoffer Thoen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Herbert Posadzki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lars Hammeren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Bakarvågen defense, Lars Hammeren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jøran Ek. The Bakarvågen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jøran Ek should have stopped the shot. Jøran Ek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from CJ Bale in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, EMhawks's Lars Hammeren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jøran Ek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Jonathan Løvland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herbert Posadzki was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A collision led to EMhawks getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Tore-Andre Seppola hit a great ball. With a little luck, EMhawks's Herbert Posadzki got control of the ball when Jonathan Løvland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jøran Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Hammeren, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match EMhawks got a corner. Bakarvågen's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. EMhawks were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Bakarvågen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jim Gustad took the corner. The corner led EMhawks's Jim Gustad to fire away a dangerous shot which Jøran Ek despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
