Totti FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cheeky Nuts United the free kick. Mons Tjelta kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Cheeky Nuts United booed when Totti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mons Tjelta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alf Austad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Totti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Erik Vedøy came free, but Jan-Ivar Rekkedal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Jon-Erik Vedøy made a precise shot to the right of Jan-Ivar Rekkedal. Totti FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Elton John made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mons Tjelta in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Cheeky Nuts United booed when Totti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simen Haarr didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute, Cheeky Nuts United's Sebastian Ramberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jan-Ivar Rekkedal. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Elton John made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mons Tjelta in the 34th minute of play. Cheeky Nuts United's Alf Austad got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Totti FC's goalkeeper Jan-Ivar Rekkedal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Tveito. After a rather tough play, Cheeky Nuts United's Doctor Potass got a free kick in the 40th minute. Sebastian Ramberg took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Ivar Rekkedal. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Elton John took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mons Tjelta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes Cheeky Nuts United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benjamin Jonsson who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Totti FC's corner Benjamin Jonsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elton John quite easily take care of the ball.

In the 51st match minute, Totti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simen Haarr to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute Sebastian Ramberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ivar Rekkedal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Totti FC's Espen Hanssen got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Christian Tveito shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan-Ivar Rekkedal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon-Erik Vedøy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Totti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Tveito came free, but Jan-Ivar Rekkedal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goal looked a bit too open when Didrik Raaen came free, but Elton John reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Espen Hanssen lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 67th minute, Christian Tveito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Totti FC made a substitution. Fernando Cavenaghi replaced Bjargar Ragnarsson. After some careless play in the Totti FC defense, Jon-Erik Vedøy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Ivar Rekkedal. The Totti FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Ivar Rekkedal should have stopped the shot. Roar Marvik hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Totti FC's Jan-Ivar Rekkedal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Austad in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute Alf Austad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ivar Rekkedal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Totti FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Mons Tjelta hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Øvstebø in the 81st minute of play forced Totti FC's goalkeeper Jan-Ivar Rekkedal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christian Tveito during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 83 played minutes Cheeky Nuts United got a freekick which was hit by Christian Tveito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon-Erik Vedøy in the 86th minute of play forced Totti FC's goalkeeper Jan-Ivar Rekkedal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon-Erik Vedøy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Cheeky Nuts United's Jon-Erik Vedøy. But to his dismay, Jon-Erik Vedøy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 93 minutes into the match, Alf Austad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Ivar Rekkedal. Totti FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Austad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Tveito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Runar Myhrvold could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Elton John made a huge save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cheeky Nuts United fully deserved thier win.
