Spectators: 208 (Terracing: 156, Seating: 48, VIP seats: 4) Decathlon Dudes's Wilco Keldermans started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's Ted Borker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that César Sousa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. César Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ted Borker's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Maraman Reitsma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilco Keldermans. In the 18th minute, Decathlon Dudes's Wilco Keldermans ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maraman Reitsma. Maraman Reitsma yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 21st match minute, Ágætis Byrjun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaap Reitsma to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 23 minutes of play, Ágætis Byrjun's Ted Borker made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. César Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! César Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Borker in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Juan Ayuso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maraman Reitsma. The goal made the score 2-1. Maraman Reitsma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Ayuso in the 37th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Ágætis Byrjun got a freekick which was hit by Laurens Erenstein. Maraman Reitsma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daan Wegman in the 42nd minute. When the match had been going on for 45 minutes, Decathlon Dudes's Wilco Keldermans got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Maraman Reitsma.

The wind increased when Ted Borker made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Juan Ayuso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Maraman Reitsma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A sloppy throw-in by Klaas Zwartkruis in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ágætis Byrjun's Fokke Reitsma. After a defensive mix-up in Ágætis Byrjun's zone, Jonas Vingegaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maraman Reitsma came out of the goal and Jonas Vingegaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maraman Reitsma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilco Keldermans in the 61st minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Wilco Keldermans. César Sousa was a little too slow when Ted Borker got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 4-2. Maraman Reitsma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilco Keldermans in the 67th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurens Erenstein got free with César Sousa in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper César Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ted Borker. In the 86th minute Ted Borker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ágætis Byrjun getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Fokke Reitsma hit a great ball. Decathlon Dudes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
