In the 25th match minute, Infami di Canaus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Carulli to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Infami di Canaus's Fabio Mingione got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 41 minutes into the match, Cesate's goalkeeper Bruno Carciofo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alessio Furino. Donato Di Crescenzo scored 2-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Carciofo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cristiano Carulli made the kick off in the second half. Francesco De Vincentis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Piccini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Carciofo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Carulli in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 74thth minute of the game Donato Di Crescenzo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cesate's Bruno Carciofo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Alessio Furino came free, but Bruno Carciofo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Carciofo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessio Furino, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Ernesto Marcelli made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Claudio Manzoni however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Carulli in the 83rd minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Bruno Carciofo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cesate's zone, Fabio Mingione stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Carciofo came out of the goal and Fabio Mingione tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Di Crescenzo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Carciofo saved Cesate from getting behind. Bruno Carciofo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Carulli in the 89th minute of the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Alessio Furino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cesate's Bruno Carciofo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cesate's Bruno Carciofo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Di Crescenzo in the 92nd minute of play. Bruno Carciofo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Stellato in the 94th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Infami di Canaus fully deserved thier win.
