Santiago Helmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Valverde in the 5th minute of play. Jorrin Artiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jackson Irvine in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Jaroslaw Lüdemann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KIEZKICKER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.S.D Punta Ballena the free kick. Jaroslaw Lüdemann kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Jorrin Artiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jackson Irvine in the 16th minute of the match. In the 24th minute Federico Valverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Helmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Christen Zeul managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIEZKICKER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christen Zeul was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nevada Chapital sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frederic Hummel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Federico Valverde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Santiago Helmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Valverde in the 36th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Jorrin Artiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jackson Irvine. After a defensive mix-up in C.S.D Punta Ballena's zone, Alex Kathage stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorrin Artiz came out of the goal and Alex Kathage tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jackson Irvine in the 44th minute of play forced C.S.D Punta Ballena's goalkeeper Jorrin Artiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bastia Llantada kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jackson Irvine stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Valverde received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santiago Helmer came out and tried to block the shot, but Federico Valverde slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 52nd minute. Santiago Helmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Valverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Santiago Helmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Valverde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Alex Kathage had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorrin Artiz. C.S.D Punta Ballena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Kathage was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Baudelio Valls was substituted for Diegotxe Carvajal. When Hernan Petřík fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.S.D Punta Ballena's protests and gave Hernan Petřík a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in C.S.D Punta Ballena fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! In the 70th minute there was a penalty for KIEZKICKER. Alex Kathage stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jorrin Artiz. 2-1. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Elivareo Monta got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Federico Valverde recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santiago Helmer. Federico Valverde showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Alex Kathage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorrin Artiz having to interfere. Santiago Helmer was a little too slow when Federico Valverde got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-3. Edbert Scherbaum might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorrin Artiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edbert Scherbaum ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute, Jackson Irvine left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIEZKICKER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Elivareo Monta in the 96thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santiago Helmer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
