After a rather tough play, Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s Kjell Löv got a free kick in the 7th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santiago Silva got free with Fabinho Carneiro in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santiago Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Fabinho Carneiro made a huge save. With a little luck, Tigre Brasilis F.C.'s Fabinho Carneiro got control of the ball when Morjan Sarkhoh tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 34 played minutes Tigre Brasilis F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Silver Nuiamäe. In the 39th minute of the match, Morjan Sarkhoh tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabinho Carneiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fabinho Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerson Santana in the 50th minute of the match. If Morjan Sarkhoh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Golden Tigers's Amerigo Muzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Tigers from getting a goal against them. Fabinho Carneiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santiago Silva went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Romário Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Amerigo Muzi made a huge save. In the 65th minute Karl-Åke Norling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabinho Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 65 minutes on the clock, Takis Tsaousidis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Golden Tigers made a substitution.
