An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Käller in the 6th minute of play forced Chinese CJ Youth Academy's goalkeeper David Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle got control of the ball when Luan Pombo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute Östen Högman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kind of Blue's Wilhelm Galle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 12th minute of play. Long Xiang Yuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Wilhelm Galle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xu Yong Feng made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Su Jian Jie immediately put the ball in play. After 24 played minutes Kind of Blue got a freekick which was hit by Ardahan Erginer. When Cui Peng Sen fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chinese CJ Youth Academy's protests and gave Cui Peng Sen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kind of Blue booed when Chinese CJ Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cui Peng Sen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Su Jian Jie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilhelm Galle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Xu Yong Feng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 played minutes Chinese CJ Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Xu Yong Feng. 43 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's Sebastian Käller sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Abad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Sebastian Käller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Abad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kind of Blue were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Käller to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Sebastian Käller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Abad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 57th minute, Su Jian Jie made a precise shot to the right of Wilhelm Galle. Kind of Blue's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 62 minutes into the match, Sebastian Käller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Abad. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Käller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Chinese CJ Youth Academy made a substitution. Lin Yun Fan replaced Cui Peng Sen. Turgut Soyuer scored 2-3 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilhelm Galle, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Turgut Soyuer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilhelm Galle having to make a save. 73 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's goal looked a bit too open when Turgut Soyuer came free, but Wilhelm Galle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kind of Blue's Inge Ahlquist was substituted for Jonny Lagerberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut Soyuer in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilhelm Galle saved Kind of Blue from getting behind. David Abad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Käller went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 88th minute of play forced Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Wilhelm Galle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kind of Blue's performance. The match ended with a win for Kind of Blue.
