When Alam Yeo fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SKARF's protests and gave Alam Yeo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, SKARF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alam Yeo to maneuver through the defense. Amadeo Carrizo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Chew, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SKARF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wong Braddell in the 12th minute. Asiz Koh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Amadeo Carrizo made a huge save. Shukrie Ching kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. AMED's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Serkan Onatsu scored to the left of an out of position Amadeo Carrizo, making the score, 1-0. Serkan Onatsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo Carrizo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Albert Seng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afiq Shyan in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to AMED getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Isaias Frutos hit a great ball. AMED's Amadeo Carrizo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save AMED from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as SKARF's Asiz Koh slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeo Carrizo. That made the score 2-0 after 29 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serkan Onatsu in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Carrizo saved AMED from getting behind. A collision led to AMED getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Afiq Shyan hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 52 minutes of play SKARF's Alam Yeo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Alam Yeo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the game, Alexander Antonioni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AMED's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SKARF the free kick. After 54 played minutes AMED got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Antonioni. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serkan Onatsu in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeo Carrizo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute, Afiq Shyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AMED made a substitution. Asiz Chian replaced Afiq Shyan. After 58 played minutes AMED got a freekick which was hit by Afiq Shyan. In the 59th match minute, AMED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Azam Pieng to maneuver through the defense. SKARF made a substitution. John Hui replaced Wong Braddell. In the 62nd minute Serkan Onatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clive Chandran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Seng read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Amadeo Carrizo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Serkan Onatsu went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. AMED's Clive Rajah was substituted for Shukrie Ching. After a rather tough play, AMED's Asiz Chian got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shafiq Yip in the 82nd minute of play forced AMED's goalkeeper Amadeo Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, SKARF's Albert Seng got control of the ball when Hidayat Leng tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Serkan Onatsu in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo Carrizo saved AMED from getting behind. In the 86th minute SKARF were awarded a corner. Prime Boon went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Prime Boon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amadeo Carrizo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 87th minute, Serkan Onatsu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amadeo Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serkan Onatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
