With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vahdet Olgun in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aguirre Verde saved DUBAI Palm Jumeirah from getting behind. Jürgen Fahlgren took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Al Mosawe. Omar Al Mosawe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 39 minutes of play, خمسة L ارسنال's Fared Al Shaikh made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aguirre Verde was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Mohammad Shamsah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 46 minutes into the game, Vahdet Olgun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Aguirre Verde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mohammad Shamsah made a kick off. Aguirre Verde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vahdet Olgun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Olgun in the 54th minute of play forced DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalkeeper Aguirre Verde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Vahdet Olgun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguirre Verde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Vahdet Olgun scored to the left of an out of position Aguirre Verde, making the score, 1-4. Fuad Al Amer kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Omar Al Mosawe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aadil Al Sherazi in the 71st minute of play. In the 81st minute, Jürgen Fahlgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DUBAI Palm Jumeirah fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Olgun in the 92nd minute of play forced DUBAI Palm Jumeirah's goalkeeper Aguirre Verde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd match minute, DUBAI Palm Jumeirah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marzoq Al Ammar to maneuver through the defense. The DUBAI Palm Jumeirah manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing خمسة L ارسنال to win.
