Frutos Mallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Ziomkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. When Andrey Denisov came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Курск ФК fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrey Denisov couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute, Vasiliy Kulakov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Курск ФК fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Frutos Mallo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwan Ziomkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frutos Mallo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwan Ziomkowski's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Курск ФК were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after AS TRIGGER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonid Bubnov took the corner. In the 14th minute, Iwan Ziomkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frutos Mallo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some careless play in the Курск ФК defense, Staffan Olsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frutos Mallo. The Курск ФК fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frutos Mallo should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Fedot Khokhlov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Veniamin Hvoinskiy was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leonid Bubnov. Taras Baranov was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 31 minutes into the match, Andrey Denisov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Veniamin Hvoinskiy. AS TRIGGER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrey Denisov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Frutos Mallo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stepan Petunin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Veniamin Hvoinskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrey Denisov in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Курск ФК were awarded a corner. Leonid Bubnov went to the cornerflag to take it. A sloppy throw-in by Jairo Iratze in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Курск ФК's Taras Baranov. After 47 played minutes Курск ФК got a freekick which was hit by Andrey Denisov. AS TRIGGER made a substitution. Gerasim Fedorov replaced Iwan Ziomkowski. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerasim Fedorov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Курск ФК's Roman Burakov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Veniamin Hvoinskiy in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Andrey Denisov sped through AS TRIGGER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Veniamin Hvoinskiy. In the 70th minute Fabiano Di Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frutos Mallo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Курск ФК's goal looked a bit too open when Gerasim Fedorov came free, but Frutos Mallo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerasim Fedorov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Frutos Mallo made a huge save. AS TRIGGER's Veniamin Hvoinskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrey Denisov in the 81st minute of play. Курск ФК's Taras Baranov managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jairo Iratze in the 83 minute of the game. Veniamin Hvoinskiy came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Курск ФК's Andrey Denisov. But to his dismay, Andrey Denisov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Курск ФК's Boris Basalaev was substituted for Andrey Denisov. Курск ФК were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AS TRIGGER for a fine match.
