The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mai Li Cheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Veniamin Hvoinskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the game, Iwan Ziomkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artem Kovtun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th minute, Emil Kostadinov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artem Kovtun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stepan Petunin in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Emil Kostadinov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Veniamin Hvoinskiy. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 22nd minute Fedot Khokhlov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artem Kovtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artem Kovtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Ziomkowski in the 27th minute of the match. Artem Kovtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Olsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 2-1 came through a penalty shot after 36 played minutes, when True storY:s Denis Makarov calmly waited for AS TRIGGER:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Artem Kovtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Ziomkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Veniamin Hvoinskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maadan Lăcătuș in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, True storY's Mai Li Cheng dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mai Li Cheng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Staffan Olsson took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artem Kovtun. Artem Kovtun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Gerasim Fedorov managed to get in a good position for a shot. AS TRIGGER's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerasim Fedorov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artem Kovtun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artem Kovtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerasim Fedorov in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Olsson in the 70th minute of play forced True storY's goalkeeper Artem Kovtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, True storY's goal looked a bit too open when Gerasim Fedorov came free, but Artem Kovtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shi Jing Hong might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artem Kovtun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shi Jing Hong ran back to his position shaking his head. Veniamin Hvoinskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 张超骏, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Veniamin Hvoinskiy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vyacheslav Gruler went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of True storY booed when AS TRIGGER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerasim Fedorov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, AS TRIGGER's goal looked a bit too open when Vyacheslav Gruler came free, but Veniamin Hvoinskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Li Cheng in the 91st minute of play forced AS TRIGGER's goalkeeper Veniamin Hvoinskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Veniamin Hvoinskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vyacheslav Gruler in the 93rd minute of play. Shi Jing Hong kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in AS TRIGGER's zone, Maadan Lăcătuș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Veniamin Hvoinskiy came out of the goal and Maadan Lăcătuș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AS TRIGGER's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
