Spectators: 8436 (Terracing: 6328, Seating: 1940, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Şener Atabek started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Önder SK got a freekick which was hit by Folke Lövgren. The crowd rose to their feet as GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Ogün Öztekin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Taha Bakırcı. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Kamber Kornes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şener Atabek in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taha Bakırcı saved Önder SK from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ogün Öztekin during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Ogün Öztekin got a free kick in the 25th minute. Bahattin Keyfer charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bahattin Keyfer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Önder SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahattin Keyfer to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes in the game, Hasret Tarhun dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Şener Atabek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Taha Bakırcı having to make a save. Taha Bakırcı made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şener Atabek in the 36th minute. Hasret Tarhun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıza Vuralhan having to interfere. With 42 minutes on the clock, Atak Yaren commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 42nd minute, one of GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR. Rıza Vuralhan had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Hasret Tarhun's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The audience was convinced that Şener Atabek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Taha Bakırcı was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Şamil Başsoy made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şener Atabek in the 51st minute of play forced Önder SK's goalkeeper Taha Bakırcı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taha Bakırcı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ogün Öztekin in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 played minutes GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR got a freekick which was hit by Alp Eren. Rıza Vuralhan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hasret Tarhun. If Hasret Tarhun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taha Bakırcı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şener Atabek in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Şamil Başsoy got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Önder SK's Taha Bakırcı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şener Atabek in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's goal looked a bit too open when Hasret Tarhun came free, but Rıza Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şamil Başsoy got free with Rıza Vuralhan in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR made a substitution. Ahmet Ziya Bozbora replaced Şener Atabek. After taking down the ball on Önder SK's corner Hasret Tarhun fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rıza Vuralhan quite easily take care of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Rıza Vuralhan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ogün Öztekin scored 2-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Taha Bakırcı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Rıza Vuralhan got control of the ball when Şamil Başsoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute, Glenn Houghton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şamil Başsoy got free with Rıza Vuralhan in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Önder SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
