Stasio Mbappè scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rıza Vuralhan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd match minute, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gürsel Saltukalp to maneuver through the defense. AVTK's Teoman Dilazad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şener Atabek in the 28th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Şener Atabek got free with Teoman Dilazad in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teoman Dilazad was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Şener Atabek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Şener Atabek really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. After 33 played minutes AVTK got a freekick which was hit by Pars Orus. The throw-in from Endre Dárdai in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Gürsel Saltukalp. 40 minutes into the match, GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's goal looked a bit too open when Stasio Mbappè came free, but Rıza Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Mbappè in the 44th minute of play forced GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's goalkeeper Rıza Vuralhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

A collision led to AVTK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Garip İzgi hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the game, Şener Atabek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Teoman Dilazad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR booed when AVTK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garip İzgi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Garip İzgi in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Gürsel Saltukalp. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stasio Mbappè in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rıza Vuralhan saved GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR from getting behind. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Stasio Mbappè sped through GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rıza Vuralhan. If Ahmet Ziya Bozbora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind AVTK's goalkeeper Teoman Dilazad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teoman Dilazad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Ziya Bozbora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Ziya Bozbora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR had won after a very even match.
