In the 11th minute, Kimon Yfantis made a precise shot to the right of Kheiron Kouropoulos. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Unione Sportiva's Fernado Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ankaios Garofalis in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute Ankaios Garofalis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernado Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ defense, Su Xu Xi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kheiron Kouropoulos. The ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kheiron Kouropoulos should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Marciano Lekubegi managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Lekubegi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernado Alves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 31 minutes into the game, Unione Sportiva's Su Xu Xi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kheiron Kouropoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 35 minutes into the match, Unione Sportiva's goal looked a bit too open when Evripidis Picoulas came free, but Fernado Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kheiron Kouropoulos came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Unione Sportiva's Su Xu Xi. But to his dismay, Su Xu Xi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When Evripidis Picoulas fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's protests and gave Evripidis Picoulas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Evripidis Picoulas hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's goal looked a bit too open when Su Xu Xi came free, but Kheiron Kouropoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Su Xu Xi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kheiron Kouropoulos. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Su Xu Xi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After the first half Unione Sportiva were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Silviu Mihălțan got a throw-in 50 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sun Kun Bing. In the 51st minute, Reşit İnegöllü hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Su Xu Xi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Kheiron Kouropoulos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kheiron Kouropoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kimon Yfantis in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match, Su Xu Xi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kheiron Kouropoulos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Unione Sportiva defense, Spiros Bekyros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernado Alves. The Unione Sportiva fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernado Alves should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's Marciano Lekubegi got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 70th minute of the match Unione Sportiva got a corner. ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. August Bratt ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fernado Alves came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by ΑΦΕΝΤΙΚΟ's Ankaios Garofalis. But to his dismay, Ankaios Garofalis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Iphiklos Patrianakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Kheiron Kouropoulos made a huge save. Su Xu Xi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kheiron Kouropoulos came out and tried to block the shot, but Su Xu Xi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-6 in the 86th minute. Fernado Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ankaios Garofalis in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute Marciano Lekubegi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernado Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Unione Sportiva's attentive Cassiano Vilas Boas managed to snatch the ball when Sun Kun Bing made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Su Xu Xi in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kheiron Kouropoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Unione Sportiva had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
