Xie Cheng Xiao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elvis Ducke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute Xie Cheng Xiao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvis Ducke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Karl Falck put in a rough tackle. After 13 minutes ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's goalkeeper Iker Casillas managed, with a little bit of luck, save Deng Cheng Zhen's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Iker Casillas came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by FC NATIONAL's Deng Cheng Zhen. But to his dismay, Deng Cheng Zhen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. FC NATIONAL's Elvis Ducke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xie Cheng Xiao in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Xie Cheng Xiao managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Xie Cheng Xiao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvis Ducke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's Themis Markopoulos got a free kick in the 28th minute. Radomil Kapera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Casillas having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Jaroslaw Dobrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvis Ducke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xie Cheng Xiao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Xie Cheng Xiao made a precise shot to the right of Elvis Ducke. FC NATIONAL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Elvis Ducke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xie Cheng Xiao, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Xie Cheng Xiao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radomil Kapera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mateusz Filipowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Casillas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th play minute Xie Cheng Xiao came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elvis Ducke. 1-2. Xie Cheng Xiao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Elvis Ducke made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ianis Hagi in the 58th minute of play forced ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's goalkeeper Iker Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gică Miclescu hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute Xie Cheng Xiao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvis Ducke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvis Ducke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xie Cheng Xiao in the 68th minute. After 73 played minutes FC NATIONAL got a freekick which was hit by Mateusz Filipowski. ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C made a substitution. Timmy Siggman replaced Xie Cheng Xiao. ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΥΠΕΡΟΥΝΤΑΣ F.C's Haimon Angelis was substituted for Yong 夏侯渊. Timmy Siggman might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elvis Ducke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timmy Siggman ran back to his position shaking his head. After 89 played minutes Timmy Siggman rounded FC NATIONAL's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3.
