The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match Armageddon got a corner. Kogimyae JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 陈耀克 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vern Lassiter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marko Ööpik having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Armageddon's Manole Miulescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Türker Tuğsav made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Kogimyae JK's Türker Tuğsav played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiur Uusmaa in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Manole Miulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Türker Tuğsav saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marko Ööpik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arno Jahe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the game, Adolfo Mendiko threw the ball into play from the sideline. Armageddon's Virgil Gentenaar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Armageddon were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Kogimyae JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 陈耀克 took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Kiur Uusmaa managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Marko Ööpik came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Kogimyae JK's Vern Lassiter. But to his dismay, Vern Lassiter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Marko Ööpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vern Lassiter, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Türker Tuğsav showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Miulescu in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match, Manole Miulescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Türker Tuğsav saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vern Lassiter in the 36th minute of play forced Armageddon's goalkeeper Marko Ööpik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kiur Uusmaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronald Hurt to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Armageddon's Marko Ööpik got control of the ball when Ronald Hurt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arno Jahe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Marko Ööpik made a huge save. The supporters of Armageddon booed when Kogimyae JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Mendiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armageddon's Olaf Kööp was substituted for Joaquin Jobo. After 59 played minutes Kogimyae JK got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Mendiko. Marko Ööpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vern Lassiter, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Armageddon's goal looked a bit too open when Vern Lassiter came free, but Marko Ööpik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marko Ööpik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronald Hurt, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the game, Jacobo Guillerme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kogimyae JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armageddon the free kick. Armageddon's Michel Legdeur was substituted for Manole Miulescu. Kogimyae JK's Türker Tuğsav played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Kööp in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavi Nikopensius in the 72nd minute of play forced Armageddon's goalkeeper Marko Ööpik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marko Ööpik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taavi Nikopensius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Armageddon defense, Taavi Nikopensius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marko Ööpik. The Armageddon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marko Ööpik should have stopped the shot. In the 80th match minute, Kogimyae JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hendrik Paukson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Kogimyae JK getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Hendrik Paukson hit a great ball. Kogimyae JK's Taavi Nikopensius got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Türker Tuğsav made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Kööp in the 85th minute of play. Rainer Haugas kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Marko Ööpik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arno Jahe in the 88th minute. Türker Tuğsav took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Legdeur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Türker Tuğsav made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Kööp in the 94th minute of play. Armageddon's Olaf Kööp managed to work through Kogimyae JK's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Olaf Kööp dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in.
