After a rather tough play, ASC Sikeldi's Aivar Kikerpill got a free kick in the 16th minute. Virgo Emane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolf Kiisk having to interfere. Ermanno Fantasia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eevald Vaarmann in the 22nd minute of play. Kuressaare Korsaarid's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Eevald Vaarmann scored to the left of an out of position Ermanno Fantasia, making the score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Rainer Klaar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ASC Sikeldi's Adolf Kiisk. Adolf Kiisk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rainer Klaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Virgo Emane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolf Kiisk was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgo Emane to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of ASC Sikeldi booed when Kuressaare Korsaarid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rainer Klaar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rainer Klaar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Kuressaare Korsaarid's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso March in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermanno Fantasia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ermanno Fantasia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eevald Vaarmann in the 69th minute of play. If Eevald Vaarmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Kuressaare Korsaarid's Virgo Emane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolf Kiisk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kuressaare Korsaarid's goalkeeper Ermanno Fantasia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, ASC Sikeldi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Vaagen to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, ASC Sikeldi's goalkeeper Adolf Kiisk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgo Emane. 85 minutes into the match, Kuressaare Korsaarid's goal looked a bit too open when Eevald Vaarmann came free, but Ermanno Fantasia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eevald Vaarmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ermanno Fantasia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kuressaare Korsaarid's Rainer Klaar got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eevald Vaarmann in the 95th minute of play forced Kuressaare Korsaarid's goalkeeper Ermanno Fantasia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
