In the 3rd minute, Nuralp Akbal made a precise shot to the right of Ünal Başar. A.E.T.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 6thth minute of the game Nuralp Akbal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.E.T.'s Ünal Başar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nuralp Akbal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ünal Başar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Lu Zhou Mo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pagos FC's Pepe Sabatini quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ünal Başar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Pagos FC's goalkeeper Manuel Campens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emil Bank. An unexpectedly hard shot by 柯锋真 in the 20th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Nuralp Akbal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of A.E.T.'s Ünal Başar. Ünal Başar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ünal Başar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 26th minute of play. Manuel Campens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Bank in the 31st minute of the match. Pagos FC's Jason Statham quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lu Zhou Mo, made in the 36th minute of the game. If Nuralp Akbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute Nuralp Akbal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ünal Başar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Pagos FC's Nuralp Akbal made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ünal Başar was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Pagos FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nuralp Akbal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuralp Akbal in the 52nd minute of play forced A.E.T.'s goalkeeper Ünal Başar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Zinon Galanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Campens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Christos Bartzokas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ünal Başar was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Manuel Campens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emil Bank's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Pagos FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alexandros Komninos hit a great ball. Ünal Başar made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Nuralp Akbal sent off a good shot on target. Ünal Başar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nuralp Akbal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 97 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pagos FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
