Scarafia Ghost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Nykvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iustin Bâru showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Amorebieta in the 32nd minute of play forced Tabachana F.C.'s goalkeeper Ingvar Nykvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Denílson Tepedino made the kick off in the second half. Scarafia Ghost was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Thodoris Tassoulis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thodoris Tassoulis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 54thth minute of the game Denílson Tepedino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Scarafia Ghost stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thodoris Tassoulis's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Go Ahead Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Denílson Tepedino came free, but Scarafia Ghost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Go Ahead Eagles's Scarafia Ghost got control of the ball when Denílson Tepedino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ingvar Nykvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Bâru in the 71st minute of play.
