When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Johnathan Bowden made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Cai Yue Guang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Clarke. In the 52nd minute Manuel Isăilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Pinches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Manuel Isăilă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Remus Pinches was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remus Pinches prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Remus Pinches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Isăilă in the 71st minute of the match. Fc Lothlorien's Bennvar Trollegaard was substituted for Chu Xiang Li. Ninjas in Pyjamas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rareș Tatulici in the 73rd minute. The corner led Ninjas in Pyjamas's Rareș Tatulici to fire away a dangerous shot which Remus Pinches despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 75th minute, Manuel Isăilă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fc Lothlorien's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rareș Tatulici was slow to take the kick. During this time Ninjas in Pyjamas's players had a chance to rest. After some careless play in the Fc Lothlorien defense, Manuel Isăilă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remus Pinches. The Fc Lothlorien fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remus Pinches should have stopped the shot. Remus Pinches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Isăilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Cai Yue Guang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnathan Bowden in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Morientes in the 87th minute of play forced Fc Lothlorien's goalkeeper Remus Pinches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th match minute, Fc Lothlorien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ştefan Nicodim to maneuver through the defense. Fc Lothlorien's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Isăilă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fc Lothlorien had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
