The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ali Nurettin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Tarcu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ali Nurettin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Robert Tarcu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Nurettin's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After 7 minutes THE CRYSTAL SHIP's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cristian Gallo who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iurie Ilie in the 8th minute of play forced Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Jalmari Mikkonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind THE CRYSTAL SHIP's goalkeeper Robert Tarcu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robert Tarcu was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Ali Nurettin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ali Nurettin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. When THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Iurie Ilie, in the 16th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for THE CRYSTAL SHIP. 22 minutes into the match, Dinu Bocu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jalmari Mikkonen. Jalmari Mikkonen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 26 minutes into the match, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Bocu came free, but Jalmari Mikkonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Robert Tarcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Nurettin in the 36th minute of play. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jalmari Mikkonen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaspar De Weijgaert in the 38th minute of play. Robert Tarcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Nurettin in the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to THE CRYSTAL SHIP getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Iurie Ilie hit a great ball. After 55 played minutes, Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Cristian Gallo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Robert Tarcu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pinner Cluj-Napoca reached it. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Jalmari Mikkonen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jaspar De Weijgaert might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jalmari Mikkonen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaspar De Weijgaert ran back to his position shaking his head. After 68 minutes, Jaspar De Weijgaert made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's Jalmari Mikkonen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Borys Dudek was substituted for Iurie Ilie. The supporters of THE CRYSTAL SHIP booed when Pinner Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Nurettin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Borys Dudek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Jalmari Mikkonen made a huge save. In the 98th minute of the match THE CRYSTAL SHIP got a corner. Pinner Cluj-Napoca's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dinu Bocu ran over to the corner to take the kick. THE CRYSTAL SHIP played a much better game than Pinner Cluj-Napoca and deserved their victory. The Pinner Cluj-Napoca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
