The supporters of Racing Club Canillo booed when Valencia C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Harding didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Zenon Cisek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Lodge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes of play, Racing Club Canillo's Zenon Cisek made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerry Lodge was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Racing Club Canillo's Trev Holden got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 30th match minute, Racing Club Canillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keanu Guest to maneuver through the defense. Zak Foggarty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joe Herring in the 32nd minute of play. Jerry Lodge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Cisek in the 44th minute of play. Jerry Lodge stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Cisek's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Valencia C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ray Milburn came free, but Jerry Lodge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Zenon Cisek made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Zenon Cisek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club Canillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Racing Club Canillo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. The Racing Club Canillo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
