When Roy Symons came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Dobrinja FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roy Symons couldn't finish the play. Ismael Cebrian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Terciero went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Petar Svraka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alan Vajić made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Mili Nesimović. Ismael Cebrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mili Nesimović in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Smotančeri's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samantha Farhat was slow to take the kick. During this time Dobrinja FC's players had a chance to rest. 37 minutes into the match, FC Smotančeri's goal looked a bit too open when Mili Nesimović came free, but Ismael Cebrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Mili Nesimović notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of FC Smotančeri's Ismael Cebrian. Ismael Cebrian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Smotančeri were furious when 余松思 was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mili Nesimović stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 51 in the game by Samantha Farhat from a close distance when the talented Ismael Cebrian managed to make a qualified save. FC Smotančeri's players were relieved. Samantha Farhat had several of the FC Smotančeri's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 51 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed Ismael Cebrian as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of FC Smotančeri booed when Dobrinja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Vajić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismael Cebrian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mili Nesimović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Smotančeri's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Ksawery Mondrowski scored to the left of an out of position Ismael Cebrian, making the score, 0-5. Ismael Cebrian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Roy Symons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC Smotančeri booed when Dobrinja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samantha Farhat got free with Ismael Cebrian in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Cebrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Kostić in the 96th minute of play. Dobrinja FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
