The referee showed Steffen Demeulemeester the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Steffen Demeulemeester hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Mathijs Rokeloos took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mickael De Koster. Mickael De Koster dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. De krokante kroketjes's Mickael De Koster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathijs Rokeloos in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Mathijs Rokeloos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mickael De Koster was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Hector Engels came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the De krokante kroketjes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Engels couldn't finish the play. Mickael De Koster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 31st minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, De krokante kroketjes's goal looked a bit too open when Mathijs Rokeloos came free, but Mickael De Koster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mickael De Koster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 34th minute of play. Anthony Roose charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But to his dismay, Mathijs Rokeloos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Mickael De Koster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé 武松, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Mathijs Rokeloos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mickael De Koster. De krokante kroketjes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathijs Rokeloos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mathijs Rokeloos made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Mathijs Rokeloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickael De Koster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Cromvelde's attentive Everardo Oto managed to snatch the ball when Oscar Loozen made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Henry Åkesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mickael De Koster made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Åkesson in the 88th minute. KFC Cromvelde's Henry Åkesson managed to work through De krokante kroketjes's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Henry Åkesson dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. KFC Cromvelde's 沈笑伟 quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Oscar Loozen, made in the 91st minute of the game. Mickael De Koster stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Åkesson's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. KFC Cromvelde were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after De krokante kroketjes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cosmin Contra took the corner. KFC Cromvelde's Cosmin Contra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mickael De Koster in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. KFC Cromvelde played a much better game than De krokante kroketjes and deserved their victory. The De krokante kroketjes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
