Fedor Kubáň made in the 7th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Moneyball's Oliver Bergman. Xuaco Oñaederra might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonáš Rosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xuaco Oñaederra ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonáš Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xuaco Oñaederra, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Imre Szabics managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moneyball's supporters rose to their feet, but Imre Szabics was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonáš Rosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Moneyball booed when FC Pražští Pepíci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Vašek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jose Mourinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Lăcătuș, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. FC Pražští Pepíci were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Moneyball's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Igor Švanda took the corner. The corner ended in Zdeněk Franz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Moneyball's Jose Mourinho did a great save. Jonáš Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Imre Szabics, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Pražští Pepíci's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cheng Wei Yan was slow to take the kick. During this time Moneyball's players had a chance to rest. Jonáš Rosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xuaco Oñaederra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xuaco Oñaederra struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jonáš Rosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moneyball. The Moneyball fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Moneyball's Xuaco Oñaederra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 31st minute, Xuaco Oñaederra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moneyball's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cheng Wei Yan in the 34th minute. Jonáš Rosa had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping Imre Szabics's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Moneyball got a corner. FC Pražští Pepíci's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cheng Wei Yan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Moneyball's Cheng Wei Yan to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonáš Rosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Xuaco Oñaederra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonáš Rosa having to make a save. In the 41st minute Xuaco Oñaederra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonáš Rosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Jacques Dupont in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Pražští Pepíci's Fedor Kubáň. In the 45thth minute of the game Xuaco Oñaederra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pražští Pepíci's Jonáš Rosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Moneyball were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidiu Lăcătuș stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jose Mourinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidiu Lăcătuș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 56 in the game by Xuaco Oñaederra from a close distance when the talented Jonáš Rosa managed to make a qualified save. FC Pražští Pepíci's players were relieved. Xuaco Oñaederra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Xuaco Oñaederra took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Jonáš Rosa to make any attempt to save it. Imre Szabics sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moneyball's Božetěch Caletka was substituted for Stanislav Mikolášek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuaco Oñaederra in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Pražští Pepíci's goalkeeper Jonáš Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Xuaco Oñaederra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xuaco Oñaederras short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Jonáš Rosa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 76 minutes into the game, Xuaco Oñaederra lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Jonáš Rosa. After a rather tough play, FC Pražští Pepíci's Fedor Kubáň got a free kick in the 84th minute. Jonáš Rosa was a little too slow when Imre Szabics got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-4. Jose Mourinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Lăcătuș in the 91st minute of play. Anthony D'Amico hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Lăcătuș in the 93rd minute of play forced Moneyball's goalkeeper Jose Mourinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 95 played minutes FC Pražští Pepíci got a freekick which was hit by Fedor Kubáň. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Pražští Pepíci! The Moneyball players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
