Vilibald Pečinka scored 1-0 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomáš Houdek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomáš Houdek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilibald Pečinka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lex Academy's Fausto Castulo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Romeo Toro, made in the 11th minute of the game. Tomáš Houdek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Porfiro in the 12th minute of the match. Tomáš Houdek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukáš Sychra, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Tomáš Houdek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilibald Pečinka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Golden Tigers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Demis Son in the 22nd minute. With an all-out effort, Golden Tigers's Tomáš Houdek threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Demis Son, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 29th minute Victoriano Porfiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomáš Houdek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes Lex Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Demis Son who took care of the corner kick. Golden Tigers's Demis Son was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomáš Houdek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 32 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Miloslav Krupička came free, but Beto Santirso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Toro. Beto Santirso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Novaes in the 36th minute of play. In the last second Tomáš Houdek throw himself and got hold of the ball when Victoriano Porfiro in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Beto Santirso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Novaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Beto Santirso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miloslav Krupička's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Bernardo Novaes made the kick off in the second half. Lex Academy's Tomáš Houdek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Porfiro in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Miloslav Krupička hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomáš Houdek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukáš Sychra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lex Academy's Mojmír Houška was substituted for Leoš Dočkal. In the 59th minute of the game Konstantinos Tsartas made a throw-in which Klement Chlup played forward. Beto Santirso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miloslav Krupička went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Lex Academy's Otmar Schovánek was substituted for Radomir Wyrostek. 73 minutes into the match, Golden Tigers's Victoriano Porfiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomáš Houdek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beto Santirso came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Lex Academy's Bernardo Novaes. But to his dismay, Bernardo Novaes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Porfiro in the 81st minute of play forced Lex Academy's goalkeeper Tomáš Houdek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Miloslav Krupička hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Golden Tigers's Andres Lluis got a free kick in the 85th minute. A hard shot by Roman Jursa from long distance, 86 minutes into the match, got Beto Santirso's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Mojmír Houška made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Golden Tigers's Leonides Policarpio. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lex Academy's goalkeeper Tomáš Houdek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lex Academy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
