Neymar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 10 minutes into the match, Green Aaper Forestibexes's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Olof Lilja came free, but Sigfred Kildefjord reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sigfred Kildefjord took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmiro Jayvier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Delmiro Jayvier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigfred Kildefjord saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rutger Mierzwa in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timo Courtois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberigo Sessa scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sigfred Kildefjord, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sigfred Kildefjord showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albrecht Bosbach in the 26th minute of the match. In the 34thth minute of the game Alberigo Sessa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Green Aaper Forestibexes's Sigfred Kildefjord was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Green Aaper Forestibexes's Sigfred Kildefjord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Sessa in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Rutger Mierzwa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albrecht Bosbach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd minute, Sven-Olof Lilja made a precise shot to the right of Sigfred Kildefjord. Green Aaper Forestibexes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Delmiro Jayvier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Sigfred Kildefjord tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberigo Sessa to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Albrecht Bosbach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SSV Ulm 1846 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Alberigo Sessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59thth minute of the game Georg Wieberneit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SSV Ulm 1846's Timo Courtois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Green Aaper Forestibexes's Sigfred Kildefjord played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Sessa in the 62nd minute of play. Timo Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Wieberneit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Green Aaper Forestibexes's Rutger Mierzwa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Timo Courtois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 65 minutes SSV Ulm 1846's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was D.J. Neymar who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Green Aaper Forestibexes's D.J. Neymar to fire away a dangerous shot which Timo Courtois despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberigo Sessa got free with Sigfred Kildefjord in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Green Aaper Forestibexes's Stefan Wadehn was substituted for Siegfried Smieskol. 69 minutes into the game, Alex Kopf threw the ball into play from the sideline. Green Aaper Forestibexes's Ruy Pombal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Matteo Gless fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timo Courtois having to interfere. Albrecht Bosbach's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sigfred Kildefjord read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Sigfred Kildefjord showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derek Henderson, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Timo Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Wieberneit in the 77th minute of play. Green Aaper Forestibexes's Hippolyt Ehrreich was substituted for Holger Reichel. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Delmiro Jayvier got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Timo Courtois didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matteo Gless went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. D.J. Neymar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SSV Ulm 1846's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
