Spectators: 10979 (Terracing: 8235, Seating: 2525, VIP seats: 219) A sloppy throw-in by Elmas Veloz in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Randers A.F.C.'s Roland Chrzan. After some careless play in the lyptus defense, Bruno Steenbeck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wictor Mejling. The lyptus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wictor Mejling should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute, Isak Kongebro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wictor Mejling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Steenbeck in the 11th minute of the match. A hard shot 19 in the game by Bruno Steenbeck from a close distance when the talented Wictor Mejling managed to make a qualified save. lyptus's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bruno Steenbeck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Steenbeck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wictor Mejling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Steenbeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Steenbeck scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wictor Mejling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute Bruno Steenbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Mejling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thorkild Falshøj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichlas Vesterdahl having to interfere. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isak Kongebro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Elmas Veloz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Wictor Mejling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Steenbeck in the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Nik Glyrskov came free, but Nichlas Vesterdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wictor Mejling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Steenbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Wictor Mejling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Steenbeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of lyptus booed when Randers A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Shelby didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nichlas Vesterdahl made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Nik Glyrskov sent off a good shot on target. Randers A.F.C.'s Nichlas Vesterdahl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Randers A.F.C. from getting a goal against them. When Nik Glyrskov fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored lyptus's protests and gave Nik Glyrskov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, lyptus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nik Glyrskov to maneuver through the defense. If Nik Glyrskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wictor Mejling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Steenbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Bruno Steenbeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Wictor Mejling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Terri Bulk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wictor Mejling was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 82nd minute Terri Bulk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Mejling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Børge Buhr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Randers A.F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while lyptus had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
