Ali Cengiz Kutbay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Minert having to interfere. The lyptus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GFG VOEL were winning 0-4.

Paul Minert made a fantastic save in the 50th minute, when Gábor Joó sent off a good shot on target. Paul Minert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cengiz Kutbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, lyptus's goal looked a bit too open when Gábor Joó came free, but Paul Minert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GFG VOEL's Gábor Joó got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Gábor Joó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Minert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as GFG VOEL's Gábor Joó slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paul Minert. That made the score 0-5 after 64 minutes of play. Gábor Joó might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Minert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gábor Joó ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70thth minute of the game Gábor Joó who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but lyptus's Paul Minert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Gábor Joó recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paul Minert. Gábor Joó showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. With a little luck, lyptus's Paul Minert got control of the ball when Gábor Joó tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind lyptus's goalkeeper Paul Minert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gábor Joó sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
