After a rather tough play, Injuries's Thøger Abelgren got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Dida Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertil Tux went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Injuries's Zorko Quack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Jestrimski in the 9th minute of play. When Injuries's Teddy Tholsted in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hoberg United's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute of the match Injuries got a corner. Hoberg United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Klavs Lavater ran over to the corner to take the kick. Injuries's Klavs Lavater was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dida Martins in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 13th minute Cintya Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zorko Quack saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gordon Harkin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Zorko Quack made a huge save. Gordon Harkin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zorko Quack came out and tried to block the shot, but Gordon Harkin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 27th minute. Klavs Lavater kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Maximiliano Rutenio fired a really elegant long shot, but Zorko Quack threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Zorko Quack made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cintya Palacios in the 36th minute of play. Zorko Quack made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Gordon Harkin sent off a good shot on target. Gordon Harkin came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zorko Quack could save by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Tux to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gordon Harkin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zorko Quack. Injuries's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gordon Harkin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 60 minutes into the match, Injuries's Teddy Tholsted sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dida Martins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Injuries's Zorko Quack played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Jestrimski in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th minute, Witomir Jestrimski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Injuries's Jari Thørring was substituted for Bertil Tux. Injuries's Thomas Milert was substituted for Ander Hoyos. Jari Thørring could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Dida Martins made a huge save. Mario Rui was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. Hoberg United:s Dida Martins showed great skill when he stopped Klavs Lavater:s penalty.
