Kristen Gulskov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Steenbeck in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Albinus Alking tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nichlas Vesterdahl saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kristen Gulskov came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Randers A.F.C.'s Bruno Steenbeck. But to his dismay, Bruno Steenbeck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Ree in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albinus Alking in the 32nd minute of play forced Randers A.F.C.'s goalkeeper Nichlas Vesterdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Rostholm in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frans Lytnov got free with Nichlas Vesterdahl in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 45th minute of play. Kristen Gulskov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Steenbeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Ree stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Monks in Robes's Axel Ree in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Randers A.F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Monks in Robes were furious when Patrick Viera was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Monks in Robes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Randers A.F.C.:s goal. In the 55th minute, the referee gave Randers A.F.C. a penalty. Maciej Konieczny looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Kristen Gulskov. Mihăiţă Opriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maciej Konieczny kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Nichlas Vesterdahl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Ree's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. After having played for 64 minutes, Bruno Steenbeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Randers A.F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Steenbeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nichlas Vesterdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frans Lytnov, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's Mihăiţă Opriș sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nichlas Vesterdahl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute Arthur Shelby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristen Gulskov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Steenbeck blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristen Gulskov having to make a save. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Steenbeck in the 79th minute of play. Malcolm Mattsson charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malcolm Mattsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Randers A.F.C.'s Joel Wiltshire was substituted for Zbyszko Drozdowski. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Malcolm Mattsson hit a great ball. Kristen Gulskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Terri Bulk in the 86th minute of play. Kristen Gulskov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Terri Bulk in the 92nd minute. Kristen Gulskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terri Bulk, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Randers A.F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Randers A.F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
