Bertel Foltmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Ree, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristen Gulskov was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frede Raundorf showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Axel Ree blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bertel Foltmann having to make a save. Skovbølling's Bertel Foltmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Ree in the 19th minute of play. Axel Ree received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bertel Foltmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paw Carbac in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Albinus Alking hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Skovbølling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Nielsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Ree in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bertel Foltmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Axel Ree's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bertel Foltmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Fidel Havier's late challenge caught a Skovbølling's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Havier helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fidel Havier hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Kristen Gulskov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Absalon Aabaand. Skovbølling's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Paw Carbac in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute Axel Ree shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertel Foltmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Ree to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Axel Ree made a precise shot to the right of Bertel Foltmann. Skovbølling's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 55 played minutes Monks in Robes got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Mæhle. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinzent Dumong in the 57th minute of play. Elo Altoft hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frede Raundorf in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristen Gulskov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bertel Foltmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albinus Alking in the 66th minute of the match. Bertel Foltmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albinus Alking in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Albinus Alking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertel Foltmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Bertel Foltmann managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Monks in Robes's Axel Ree fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 74 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Absalon Aabaand came free, but Kristen Gulskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Ree's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bertel Foltmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Kristen Gulskov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Franks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes of play, Skovbølling's Frede Raundorf made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristen Gulskov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Ree in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bertel Foltmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Monks in Robes's Axel Ree slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bertel Foltmann. That made the score 3-2 after 86 minutes of play. Kristen Gulskov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frede Raundorf, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Skovbølling fans cheered their team off the field, for while Monks in Robes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
