To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Gilberto Casals made a precise shot to the right of Herberto Riba. Cosuenda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Cosuenda's Mendebal Astudillo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Saul Villanueva struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Herberto Riba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Latocayteva F.C.. Herberto Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Nesor Escurza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Mugurel Nediu sped through Cosuenda's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Herberto Riba. Herberto Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Villanueva in the 31st minute of the match. If Edgar Caeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 34 minutes into the game, René Alabern cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Herberto Riba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Saul Villanueva made a precise shot to the right of Herberto Riba. Cosuenda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. A collision led to Cosuenda getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Geronimo Garay hit a great ball. When Latocayteva F.C.'s Mugurel Nediu in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cosuenda's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Villanueva in the 42nd minute of play forced Cosuenda's goalkeeper Herberto Riba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Latocayteva F.C.'s Gilberto Casals sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herberto Riba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Cosuenda defense, Mugurel Nediu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herberto Riba. The Cosuenda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herberto Riba should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Gilberto Casals managed to get in a good position for a shot. Latocayteva F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Casals was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herberto Riba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cosuenda's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mugurel Nediu 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-8. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Mugurel Nediu took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Herberto Riba to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th minute, Mugurel Nediu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herberto Riba was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Anchel Mala's late challenge caught a Latocayteva F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anchel Mala helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Cosuenda got a freekick which was hit by Nesor Escurza. Herberto Riba was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Mugurel Nediu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mugurel Nediu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Latocayteva F.C.'s Vito Alcalde was substituted for René Alabern. Mugurel Nediu might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herberto Riba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mugurel Nediu ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes into the game, Mugurel Nediu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Herberto Riba. Mugurel Nediu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-12. Mugurel Nediu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herberto Riba having to make a save. 78 minutes into the match, Cosuenda's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Nediu came free, but Herberto Riba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugurel Nediu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vito Alcalde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herberto Riba having to interfere. Herberto Riba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Alcalde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Casals succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-13 in the 86th playminute. In the 89th minute, Vito Alcalde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herberto Riba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Nediu in the 94th minute of the match. After 94 minutes of play Cosuenda's Anchel Mala was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When the match was over Latocayteva F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cosuenda throughout the match.
