The corner led to Latocayteva F.C.'s Gatot Berlioz getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Latocayteva F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Danilo Manzano in the 87th minute. Latocayteva F.C.'s Apolo Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davor Šuker in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Latocayteva F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Davor Šuker came free, but Apolo Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Latocayteva F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
