Dwi Yuwana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roger Hauguel went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute, Daryl Douville hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes in the game, Stéphane Gaudy dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 26th minute, Christian Minaud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dwi Yuwana was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. FC Saubrigues's Dwi Yuwana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Hauguel in the 31st minute of play. Dave Rinaldi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Qiu Lin Yi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 33 minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Noé Debrie made a kick off. Noé Debrie hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Christian Minaud managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elegance Dijon's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Minaud was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dwi Yuwana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice moves Roger Hauguel could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Dwi Yuwana however easily saved by the left post. 60 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goalkeeper Dwi Yuwana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Minaud. FC Saubrigues's Dwi Yuwana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save FC Saubrigues from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute of the match Elegance Dijon got a corner. FC Saubrigues's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roger Hauguel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Roger Hauguel made a great header on Elegance Dijon's corner, it was just that FC Saubrigues's Dwi Yuwana managed to reach the ball for a save. 64 minutes into the match, FC Saubrigues's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Hauguel came free, but Dwi Yuwana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Saubrigues's Dwi Yuwana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Hauguel in the 68th minute of play. Dave Rinaldi came out of the goal and Dorian Arrault tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Elegance Dijon getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Christian Minaud hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Saubrigues's zone, Christian Minaud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dwi Yuwana came out of the goal and Christian Minaud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute Sebastian Bach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Rinaldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elegance Dijon's Dave Rinaldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noé Debrie in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute Sebastian Bach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Rinaldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elegance Dijon played a much better game than FC Saubrigues and deserved their victory. The FC Saubrigues players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
