The Herblay fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Herblay's Arnaud Konieczny looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Eddy Brayer fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elegance Dijon's protests and gave Eddy Brayer a yellow card for diving instead. Eddy Brayer kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
