Spectators: 9224 (Terracing: 6919, Seating: 2122, VIP seats: 183) Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Pawlak in the 3rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Gwidon Pawlak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lev Yashin was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 8th minute of the match Team FCTS got a corner. Le Stade Briochin UC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Uno Arens ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Uno Arens almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Le Stade Briochin UC's Lev Yashin did a great save. Jaime Tabor in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of André Luiz Souza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jaime Tabor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Le Stade Briochin UC's Hugo Law got a free kick in the 23rd minute. If Djibril Soto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Team FCTS's André Luiz Souza got control of the ball when Jaime Tabor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute, Djibril Soto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Djibril Soto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gwidon Pawlak to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Tabor in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Luiz Souza saved Team FCTS from getting behind. André Luiz Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Team FCTS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Christopher Palumbo was slow to take the kick. During this time Le Stade Briochin UC's players had a chance to rest. André Luiz Souza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Farid Verrecchia went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Team FCTS made a substitution. José Viala replaced Djibril Soto. André Luiz Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Tabor in the 62nd minute of play. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Gwidon Pawlak sent off a good shot on target. 67 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gwidon Pawlak. Le Stade Briochin UC made a substitution. Dimitri Nedellec replaced Nolan Roux. Jaime Tabor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th minute, Clovis Janvier made a precise shot to the right of André Luiz Souza. Team FCTS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clovis Janvier in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Luiz Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 83rdth minute of the game Clovis Janvier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team FCTS's André Luiz Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gwidon Pawlak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Lev Yashin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Team FCTS's zone, Clovis Janvier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luiz Souza came out of the goal and Clovis Janvier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Clovis Janvier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team FCTS's André Luiz Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
