Stanislav Đorđević was slow to take the kick. During this time Crni Tigrovi's players had a chance to rest. If Neno Gudelj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 11 minutes into the match, Crni Tigrovi's Neno Gudelj sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alen Kovič narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 11 minutes, Renato Katančić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crni Tigrovi and the --Sibenik-- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Neno Gudeljs short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Alen Kovič to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Neno Gudelj who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Alen Kovič when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Borislav Tvrdić hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Nebojša Jerić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Borislav Tvrdić's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Crni Tigrovi booed when --Sibenik-- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikola Haramina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, --Sibenik--'s Antun Bunić got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Miroslav Agbaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crni Tigrovi's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslav Agbaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alen Kovič breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. --Sibenik--'s Alen Kovič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neno Gudelj in the 35th minute of play. Alen Kovič made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neno Gudelj in the 40th minute. Nebojša Jerić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jasenko Rogošić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48thth minute of the game Neno Gudelj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but --Sibenik--'s Alen Kovič was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Neno Gudelj made the kick off in the second half. Alen Kovič took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neno Gudelj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alen Kovič came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Crni Tigrovi's Neno Gudelj. But to his dismay, Neno Gudelj quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 56 minutes into the match, Crni Tigrovi's goal looked a bit too open when Borislav Tvrdić came free, but Nebojša Jerić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Neno Gudelj's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alen Kovič was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 64th minute, Neno Gudelj made a precise shot to the right of Alen Kovič. --Sibenik--'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Pawel Harendarski scored 5-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alen Kovič, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neno Gudelj in the 72nd minute of play forced --Sibenik--'s goalkeeper Alen Kovič to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Neno Gudelj put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alen Kovič. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Neno Gudelj put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alen Kovič. Alen Kovič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslav Agbaba in the 84th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Neno Gudelj in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alen Kovič prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dražen Repac charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dražen Repac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, --Sibenik--'s Dražen Repac got a free kick in the 90th minute. Crni Tigrovi's Neno Gudelj got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antun Bunić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nebojša Jerić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. When Paško Kukavica fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crni Tigrovi's protests and gave Paško Kukavica a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Crni Tigrovi got a freekick which was hit by Paško Kukavica. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Crni Tigrovi fans cheered their team off the field, for while --Sibenik-- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
