Spectators: 10968 (Terracing: 8227, Seating: 2523, VIP seats: 218) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Börje Forsberg kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Povratnici's Višeslav Berend got control of the ball when Börje Forsberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Börje Forsberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Višeslav Berend read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 8thth minute of the game Börje Forsberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Povratnici's Višeslav Berend was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mladen Gambiroža in the 9th minute of play forced Jastreb's goalkeeper Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Grga Frković came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Povratnici fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grga Frković couldn't finish the play. Andrej Palković received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Navarro Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börje Forsberg took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Višeslav Berend. Višeslav Berend dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Börje Forsbergs short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Višeslav Berend to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Višeslav Berend made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Duško Zambata sent off a good shot on target. Višeslav Berend showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Forsberg in the 29th minute of the match. Luka Mata's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Višeslav Berend skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Višeslav Berend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Börje Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Börje Forsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luka Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Višeslav Berend tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The long shot by Rogelio Etxepare in the 42nd minute really tested Višeslav Berend's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Börje Forsberg in the 43rd minute of play forced Povratnici's goalkeeper Višeslav Berend to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Višeslav Berend took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute Jastreb were awarded a corner. Vanja Dimitrijević went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Börje Forsberg managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 48th minute, Luka Mata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Višeslav Berend was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrej Palković stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ruben Rolado hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Andrej Palković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Duško Zambata managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jastreb's supporters rose to their feet, but Duško Zambata was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Višeslav Berend breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jastreb's Börje Forsberg in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Povratnici's goalie prevented a goal. The Jastreb fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Jastreb's Luka Mata looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Povratnici's Višeslav Berend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börje Forsberg in the 70th minute of play. Jastreb made a substitution. Miran Tudor replaced Vanja Dimitrijević. 74 minutes into the match, Luka Mata notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Povratnici's Višeslav Berend. Višeslav Berend was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Jastreb's Bo Cantona in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Povratnici's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Bo Cantona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Višeslav Berend. Povratnici's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Cantona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Duško Zambata scored 8-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Višeslav Berend, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luka Mata in the 90th minute of play forced Povratnici's goalkeeper Višeslav Berend to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bo Cantona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Povratnici getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Fran Davidović hit a great ball. In the 99th minute of the match Miran Tudor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Višeslav Berend showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jastreb's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
