An unexpectedly hard shot by György Szekeres in the 21st minute of play forced Szombathely Squirrels's goalkeeper Arnold Szuper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnold Szuper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Jităreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaan Winter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bai Jun Chong in the 25th minute. Arnold Szuper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Pacifico, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 34 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's Tivadar Demeter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kaan Winter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ionuț Jităreanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnold Szuper came out and tried to block the shot, but Ionuț Jităreanu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 90th minute. Kaan Winter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lei Jian Xiong went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lei Jian Xiong in the 96th minute of play. Ionuț Jităreanu kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Szombathely Squirrels had won after a very even match.
