Sebastiaan Ooijer was slow to take the kick. During this time Ágyúsok FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 20th minute Ernesto Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsolt Kuncz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ernesto Belarmo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zsolt Kuncz was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Lukács Bánhegyi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zsolt Kuncz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Belarmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zsolt Kuncz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmund Eliasson in the 37th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Ágyúsok FC got a freekick which was hit by Márk Pálfi. Zoltán Stieber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Deivid Fontes's late challenge caught a Hungarian Olympic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deivid Fontes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Ágyúsok FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deivid Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Hungarian Olympic's Per-Oskar Walroth got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Belarmo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmund Eliasson in the 54th minute of play forced Ágyúsok FC's goalkeeper Zsolt Kuncz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Áron Ramsey in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lukács Bánhegyi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Ágyúsok FC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Ágyúsok FC's Áron Ramsey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hungarian Olympic's András Soós was substituted for Ádám Torma. Hungarian Olympic's supporters rose to their feet, but Zoltán Stieber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zsolt Kuncz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Ágyúsok FC's He Yi Yuan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lukács Bánhegyi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Hungarian Olympic's Zsolt Kuncz threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edmund Eliasson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 77th minute Edmund Eliasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsolt Kuncz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukács Bánhegyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from György Pálfi in the 80th minute of play. Ernesto Belarmo took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zsolt Kuncz. Zsolt Kuncz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ágyúsok FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hungarian Olympic had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
