In the 21st minute, Grigoriy Melnichenko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Százhalombattai LK's goalkeeper Tanek Nakoneczny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grigoriy Melnichenko might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tanek Nakoneczny. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grigoriy Melnichenko ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the match, Százhalombattai LK's goal looked a bit too open when Grigoriy Melnichenko came free, but Tanek Nakoneczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Lopez Arrillaga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Péter Kun. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. But to his dismay, Lóránt Hoffman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 92 minutes in the game Géza Tamás did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Grigoriy Melnichenko. Péter Kun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lóránt Hoffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Géza Tamás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
