In the 8th minute, Nick Heesen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th match minute, Ágætis Byrjun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ditlev Delmont to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, Oliver Myr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Taco Timmermans. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. Landgraaf 07's Taco Timmermans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Landgraaf 07 from getting a goal against them. Nick Heesens short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Taco Timmermans to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 19 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taco Timmermans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nick Heesen did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Taco Timmermans 21 minutes into the match. Oliver Myr kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Nick Heesen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Taco Timmermans. That made the score 4-0 in the 26 minute of play. Nick Heesen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Taco Timmermans made a huge save. 34 minutes into the match, Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taco Timmermans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Taco Timmermans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Heesen in the 35th minute of play. Landgraaf 07's Taco Timmermans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joep Ponk in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Landgraaf 07's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The wind increased when Nick Heesen made the kick off in the second half. Taco Timmermans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Heesen in the 52nd minute of play. Taco Timmermans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joep Ponk, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 59 minutes of play, Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Taco Timmermans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Taco Timmermans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Heesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Ernst Melis replaced Vitaliy Vorobey. Ágætis Byrjun's Hendrik-Jan Kuijpers was substituted for Gert van den Bergh.
