He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nenger de Penger FC reached it. Bertus Appel scored 4-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz Reis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute, Franck Akkerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, VC Duisburg 2012's Laurens Roelfs threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Andy Neeskens, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nenger de Penger FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
