Odd-Eirik Kronstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Banas in the 38th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's Marian Banas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Odd-Eirik Kronstad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute of the game Jan-Kenneth Skog made a throw-in which Ni Zhan Kun played forward. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 52nd minute Peng Yu Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Noce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Nerd Herd's attentive Rab 谢霆锋 managed to snatch the ball when Bengt-Arne Chaadaev made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. Marian Banas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Odd-Eirik Kronstad made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Vebbestad's Isaac Asimov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Noce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bertel Kaupang got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Cent Husabø. In the 76th minute, Isaac Asimov made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Noce. The Nerd Herd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When Bertel Kaupang fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vebbestad's protests and gave Bertel Kaupang a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor-Egil Sollien in the 92nd minute of play forced The Nerd Herd's goalkeeper Enzo Noce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peng Yu Feng during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 96 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's goal looked a bit too open when Peng Yu Feng came free, but Enzo Noce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Nerd Herd's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
