EMhawks's Thomas Kielland quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 6 minutes into the match, Lars Hammeren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harald Hopp. Bakarvågen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Hammeren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Harald Hopp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Hammeren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The EMhawks fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when EMhawks's Lars Hammeren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 15 minutes into the match, Bakarvågen's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Hammeren came free, but Harald Hopp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lars Hammeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herman Ramsdal kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Hammeren in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harald Hopp saved Bakarvågen from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Jim Gustad notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Bakarvågen's Harald Hopp. Harald Hopp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonathan Løvland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Herbert Posadzki made a huge save. 29 minutes into the match, EMhawks's Lars Hammeren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harald Hopp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Lars Hammeren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harald Hopp was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The supporters of Bakarvågen booed when EMhawks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harald Hopp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Hammeren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EMhawks's Jim Gustad got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Herman Ramsdal notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of EMhawks's Herbert Posadzki. Herbert Posadzki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

EMhawks's Aksel Røyrvik was substituted for Christian Risnes. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Løvland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lars Hammeren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the game, Lars Hammeren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Harald Hopp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Jim Gustad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Hammeren succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 61st playminute. Bakarvågen's Harald Hopp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Bakarvågen from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Hammeren in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harald Hopp saved Bakarvågen from getting behind. Christoffer Hernes kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Bakarvågen's Harald Hopp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Hammeren in the 74th minute of play. Herbert Posadzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Løvland, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 79 played minutes Bakarvågen got a freekick which was hit by Herman Ramsdal. In the 80th minute of the match Jim Gustad sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Harald Hopp skillfully saved the ball. Herbert Posadzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Løvland, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rd match minute, EMhawks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tore-Andre Seppola to maneuver through the defense. Harald Hopp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tore-Andre Seppola in the 87th minute of the match. Lars Hammeren might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harald Hopp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lars Hammeren ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91st minute, Per-Kristian Utvik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bakarvågen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Hammeren in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harald Hopp saved Bakarvågen from getting behind. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. EMhawks walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
