Nourredine Adjaoud stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans-Erik Osland's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. The Laniakea fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Laniakea's Hans-Erik Osland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 15 minutes into the match, Dream United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Erik Osland came free, but Nourredine Adjaoud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Laniakea got a corner. Dream United FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lars Kvaal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Laniakea's Sjur Voll getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Hans-Erik Osland struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Nourredine Adjaoud didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laniakea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Erik Osland in the 20th minute of play forced Dream United FC's goalkeeper Nourredine Adjaoud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nourredine Adjaoud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Erik Osland in the 21st minute of the match. Nourredine Adjaoud breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Laniakea's goalkeeper Ali Adjani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Júnior da Costa. After some careless play in the Dream United FC defense, Lars Kvaal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nourredine Adjaoud. The Dream United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nourredine Adjaoud should have stopped the shot. Hans-Erik Osland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes Dream United FC got a freekick which was hit by Magne Bratland. Laniakea's Lars Kvaal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Dream United FC. Nourredine Adjaoud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Erik Osland in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Erik Osland in the 46th minute of play forced Dream United FC's goalkeeper Nourredine Adjaoud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans-Erik Osland to make the kick off. Hans-Erik Osland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nourredine Adjaoud came out and tried to block the shot, but Hans-Erik Osland slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 66th minute. If Hans-Erik Osland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th match minute, Dream United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magne Bratland to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Sjur Voll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Dream United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Erik Osland came free, but Nourredine Adjaoud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sjur Voll got free with Nourredine Adjaoud in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Hans-Erik Osland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nourredine Adjaoud. That made the score 0-6 in the 80 minute of play. Nourredine Adjaoud made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Lars Kvaal sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute, Hans-Erik Osland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nourredine Adjaoud made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Kvaal in the 93rd minute. Nourredine Adjaoud didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 94th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Laniakea played a much better game than Dream United FC and deserved their victory. The Dream United FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
